Operations & Administration Team
Our Operations and Administration team brings over a decade of experience across mainstream primary and secondary education, as well as alternative provision. Many of our team members also have personal experience as parents or carers of children with SEND. This unique perspective means we don’t just understand the system—we understand the lived reality for families. This deep empathy, combined with our background in supporting disengaged learners, enables us to provide a coordinated, responsive, and high-quality service for students, schools, and local authorities.
